Pieniny National Park, which is a part of the complex, boasts exceptional natural beauty, rugged peaks and a wide range of flora and fauna. 
The largest attraction is the National History museum with the Carthusian – Camaldoli Monastery and rafting on traditional Goral rafts over a length of 11 km on the river Dunajec, which forms the border between Poland and Slovakia. The most picturesque section of the trip passes through the enchanting Dunajec chasm from Červený Kláštor Monastery to Lesnice. Rafting trips take place from April to November.
The territory is suitable for hiking, mounting biking, canoeing and rafting.
